Welcome to SoulPets! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SoulPets iOS application (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Freemium Model: Basic and Pro Features

• Local and iCloud Storage: Your data is stored exclusively on your device and, if you choose, synced to your private iCloud account. We do not have a server, and we cannot access, view, or manage your data.

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you generate within the App, including pet profiles, notes, and photos. You agree not to create any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You use the App at your own sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the developer of SoulPets be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
